About Calm & Order
A thoughtful, practical approach to organizing life’s most important information.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Calm & Order was created to help individuals and families manage important information with less stress and more confidence — before or during life’s most challenging moments.
Too often, critical documents and details are scattered across folders, inboxes, and conversations, leaving people overwhelmed when decisions need to be made quickly. Our work is grounded in a simple belief: being prepared shouldn’t feel intimidating or all-consuming.

Sari Levinson Raskin
Founder & President
The Beginning. In 2021, Sari Levinson Raskin’s life took an unexpected turn with the sudden passing of her father. Despite having boxes of documents and a trusted team of professionals in place, navigating the estate became a multi-year process - revealing a critical gap between having information and having an organized, accessible system when it’s truly needed.
Experience. Sari is a trained social worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, and a background supporting individuals and families through complex, emotionally charged situations. As a member of the sandwich generation, she has also personally navigated caring for aging parents while supporting adult children, often coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, and healthcare providers — experience that shapes her calm, structured, and thoughtful approach.
Perspective. Through her own experience, Sari came to view preparedness not as a checklist or filing project, but as a practical system designed for real life. She saw how critical it is for families to have immediate access to documents like Powers of Attorney and HIPAA releases when decisions need to be made quickly — and created Calm & Order to make that level of preparedness feel manageable, not overwhelming.
Today. Sari provides personalized, one-on-one support to help individuals and families organize vital documents and information in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. She is known for meeting people exactly where they are, combining steady guidance, long-range thinking, and a belief that preparation should make life easier to live, not harder to manage.

Preparedness isn’t about having more documents — it’s about having the right information, accessible when it matters.
