The introductory call is designed to help clarify what support would be most useful right now. You don’t need a plan or a list to begin — just a sense that you’d like things to feel more manageable.

Once you have selected and purchased a package with us, our services are offered accordingly. No matter which package you do select, we are happy to provide additional one-on-one support on an hourly rate of $250 tailored to your situation, priorities, and pace. Upon completion of our contract with you, you will have access to the secure online Vault. This will incur an annual discounted fee which is offered at a special rate for Calm & Order clients.

We take a gentle, respectful, and supportive approach. Older adults remain in control of their information and decisions. We work in partnership with an adult child to help them identify what’s essential, organize it in a way that makes sense to them, and store it securely so loved ones can access what they need if the time comes.

Yes. The vault is an encrypted, secure digital space designed to protect sensitive information. It is the same system that is used by AARP to store sensitive information for its members. Only authorized family members can access it, and you can choose what you share, with whom, and when.

Yes. You can designate trusted loved ones who should have access to the vault. This ensures that the right people can find what they need quickly in an emergency.

If you select the “Calmest” package for the ultimate concierge experience, in-person support can be included for clients within 25 miles of our headquarters in Potomac, MD. This package offers the ultimate flexibility and will be built for you on a personal case-by-case basis depending on your goals and support needs. Virtual support is available for all packages.
